How do I return my order or get a refund? Since our products are custom made, we cannot allow returns or exchanges and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or does not work from the factory. In the event that the product arrives damaged or does not work, we require video proof emailed to us. If you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we may resolve your issue.
